These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Lo-No Drink Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Products

We offer curated low- and no-alcohol drink gift boxes, including alcohol-free beverages, garnishes, and related items.

All products are alcohol-free or <0.5%alcohol by volume.  Some products are made from dealcoholized wine which is not Halal. It is your responsibility to ensure that you choose the appropriate wine for your order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, contents may vary slightly. Where substitutions are necessary, they will be of equal or greater value and quality.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

We are not currently VAT registered.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.

We offer delivery within the UK and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, you are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local charges

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at lonodrinkco@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (including consumable items), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lonodrinkco@gmail.com, and we will review the issue.

8. Product Use & Responsibility

Our products are intended for personal use or gifting.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking ingredients for allergies or sensitivities

  • Using products appropriately and safely

We accept no responsibility for adverse reactions, allergies, or misuse of products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lo-No Drink Co. accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Delivery delays or failures

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
